Acceptable Use Policy

Guidelines governing permissible activities, network integrity, and prohibited abuses of our streaming infrastructure.

Effective / Last Updated: September 2026

1. Purpose & Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the rules and standards applicable to all subscribers and users of IPTVBoz. This policy is designed to protect network stability, safeguard our hardware infrastructure, ensure high-quality service for all legitimate subscribers, and enforce compliance with applicable laws.

2. Permitted Service Use

The Service is provisioned exclusively for personal, private, non-commercial entertainment and informational viewing. Subscribers may access authorized streams using certified media playback software on compatible hardware within their private residential or personal mobile environment.

3. Prohibited Activities

Subscribers are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful behaviors:

A. Unauthorized Commercial Exploitation & Rebroadcasting

  • Publicly displaying, screening, or broadcasting streams in commercial venues, bars, restaurants, hotels, clubs, or public gatherings.
  • Reselling, sublicensing, leasing, or charging third parties for access to your subscription or stream link.
  • Restreaming, relaying, capturing, or rebroadcasting video feeds over secondary public or private networks.

B. Infrastructure Abuse & Technical Attacks

  • Launching denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, flood requests, or automated scraping scripts against transmission servers or APIs.
  • Attempting to bypass server connection counters or bypass concurrent connection limits.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or probing server network endpoints for vulnerabilities without explicit written authorization.
  • Using automated botnets, web crawlers, or high-concurrency download managers to hoard or rip video segments.

C. Credential Sharing & Account Fraud

  • Publishing assigned M3U playlist URLs, Xtream Codes credentials, or server access tokens on public websites, paste sites, or social media forums.
  • Utilizing stolen payment methods, fraudulent identities, or disputed chargeback schemes.
  • Attempting to access administrative interfaces or credentials belonging to other subscribers.

4. Active Connection Management

Standard plans support one (1) concurrent stream. When a subscriber attempts simultaneous streaming from multiple physical locations or playback clients exceeding their purchased quota, our automated load balancer will automatically terminate the extraneous connection or temporarily suspend access to protect stream integrity.

5. Enforcement & Account Suspension

We employ automated telemetry and traffic inspection algorithms to detect anomalous stream usage patterns. In the event of a verified violation of this AUP:

  • IPTVBoz reserves the right to issue a formal warning, restrict connection throughput, or terminate the offending account immediately without liability or refund.
  • In cases involving severe network sabotage, illegal distributed denial-of-service actions, or commercial piracy, we may report the incident and associated network identifiers to relevant telecommunications authorities and law enforcement agencies.

6. Reporting Abuses

If you become aware of any security vulnerability, unauthorized restreaming, or abuse of our infrastructure, please report it immediately to our security desk at tvplusone24@gmail.com.
