IPTVBoz ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") provides media stream indexing, transmission, and technical configuration guidance (the "Service") for personal entertainment use on supported personal playback hardware. The Service enables subscribers to access authorized digital audio-visual streams over the public internet using third-party certified media playback applications.

2. Eligibility & Account Requirements

By purchasing a subscription or using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.
• You possess the legal authority to enter into these binding Terms of Service.
• All information provided during the checkout and onboarding process is truthful, accurate, and current.

3. Orders & Provisioning

Upon successful receipt and verification of payment, our automated provisioning system generates and dispatches the relevant service access credentials (such as an M3U playlist link, Xtream Codes credentials, or server access portal) to your designated email address. Delivery typically occurs within minutes of transaction completion.

4. Payments & Billing Terms

Subscription access fees are billed in advance according to the duration chosen during purchase (1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months, or 12 Months). Payments are processed through secure, SSL-encrypted third-party payment gateways. We do not assess hidden processing surcharges. Renewal notices are provided prior to the expiration of any active billing cycle; we do not engage in unauthorized stealth recurring charges.

5. Subscription Duration & Active Connections

Each standard subscription plan entitles the customer to one (1) concurrent active stream connection at any single moment across any supported device, unless additional concurrent connection allowances were specifically purchased. Subscribers may configure their service credentials across multiple personal devices (e.g. TV, smartphone, PC), provided that simultaneous playback does not exceed the allotted active stream count.

6. Acceptable Use & Customer Responsibilities

Subscribers agree to use the Service strictly for personal, non-commercial residential entertainment. Customers are expressly prohibited from:

• Reselling, sublicensing, rebroadcasting, or publicly performing the streams in commercial establishments.
• Sharing or publicly posting subscription credentials, M3U URLs, or server keys on public forums or networks.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or flood the transmission servers or associated infrastructure.

7. Intellectual Property & Content Rights

All brand names, product trademarks, logos, and hardware mentions referenced across the website are the property of their respective owners and are utilized solely for descriptive device compatibility purposes. The Company respects intellectual property rights and distributes content in accordance with applicable authorization standards.

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service access immediately, without prior notice, if a customer engages in fraudulent activity, attempts unauthorized multi-connection stream scraping, or violates the Acceptable Use Policy.

9. Limitations of Liability & Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Internet transmission speeds, third-party media player software performance, local Wi-Fi interference, and telecommunications routing are beyond the direct control of the Company. In no event shall IPTVBoz be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from inability to use the Service.
